

“Wheel of Time” - Blind Guardian vocalist Hansi Kürsch airs his feelings on ninth studio album At the Edge of Time

Issued on July 30th, 2010 throughout Europe and on August 24th throughout North America, the Nuclear Blast Records released At the Edge of Time is the ninth studio album by German power metal band Blind Guardian. Colombian artist Felipe Machado Franco yet again handled artwork duties, having previously worked with the outfit as well as Iced Earth and Axel Rudi Pell. Recorded, mixed and mastered at Twilight Hall Studios, Krefeld in Germany, between November 2007 and April 2010, At the Edge of Time was produced by Charlie Bauerfeind. The album charted at position two in Germany, and position eighteen in Finland. Besides several alternate versions of tracks, its digipack bonus disc also sports a rendition of John Farnham's “You're the Voice”.
